Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities



* Cost Management: Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.



* Contract Administration: Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.



* Project Evaluation: Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.



* Tendering: Prepare and evaluate tender documents and negotiate contracts.



* Measurement and Valuation: Perform accurate measurements and valuations.



* Claims Management: Handle claims for additional work and disputes resolution.



* Cost Reporting: Provide regular cost updates to management.



* Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.



* Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior staff.



* Commercial Experience



Qualifications



* Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) .



* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in quantity surveying, with scaffolding experience.



* Skills: Proficient in industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project), strong analytical and communication skills, proven leadership abilities.
