Senior Quantity Surveyor - Water Infrastructure Projects \n \nThames Valley | £60,000-£70,000 | 6-month temp-to-perm contract\n\nAre you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil infrastructure? \n \nLooking for a new opportunity with a leading contractor in the water sector?\n\nWe're working with a Tier 1 contractor delivering major water infrastructure projects across the Thames Valley region. They're seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.\n\nRole Overview: \nAs Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial and financial management of clean water infrastructure projects within a long-term framework.

You'll work closely with the delivery team to ensure commercial targets are met, risks are managed, and project controls are maintained.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDay-to-day administration of commercial and financial aspects of projects\nPreparation of cost and value reports\nProducing commercial performance dashboards\nManaging procurement of subcontractors, plant, labour and materials\nVOWD (Value of Work Done) forecasting and cost control\nSubcontractor liaison and contract management\n\n Requirements:\n\nDegree/HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar - or equivalent practical experience\nExperience in civil infrastructure (water/utilities experience desirable)\nStrong knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts\nProactive approach to risk management and opportunity identification\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking team with a strong project pipeline. \nApply now with your updated CV, and we'll be in touch if successful.   \n\nKnow someone who might be a fit?
