What You’ll Be Doing
Pre-Contract/Proposal Stage:

• Create and evaluate tailored Pricing Schedule Tables for proposal packages, working closely with engineering teams to establish accurate budgets and contracts.
• Develop key documentation for major subcontract agreements and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Project Execution Stage:

• Perform precise remeasurement quantity verifications against IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings to ensure accuracy in subcontractor submissions.
• Manage change work requests and verify associated documents, including reimbursable tasks and custom clearance forms.
• Prepare detailed monthly cost forecasts, comparing WCR/MTO (Work Completion Reports/Material Take Offs) with contractual values and updated remeasurement quantities.
• Track and maintain Site Instruction (SI) and Change Request (CR) Logs, assessing cost impacts and providing proactive updates to the Project Management Team (PMT).
• Reconcile material quantities, ensuring all free-issued materials align with as-built data.

Subcontractor Management:

• Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution, providing support during negotiations and final account closeouts alongside senior project leads.

Data & Document Management:

• Organize and maintain all final project documents in secure digital repositories, such as J-Drive or SharePoint, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For
Experience:

• Proven track record in FPSO shipbuilding or shipyard projects.
• Extensive experience in quantity surveying, contract management, and cost control within complex maritime environments.

Skills & Expertise:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of cost forecasting, subcontractor negotiations, and remeasurement verification.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable insights for budgeting and resource management.
• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills with a knack for working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in QS tools, Microsoft Office, and digital repository systems like J-Drive or SharePoint.
