Senior Remediation Technician
We’re looking for a motivated person to help restore homes, businesses and offices if a disaster strikes, such as water, mold, biohazard, odor or fire damage. Technicians should have a service oriented attitude, treating all customers and their belongings with respect. As if they were your own prized possessions. We are entrusted to restore people’s attics, basements, bedrooms, bathrooms and daily places of work and this responsibility must be treated with the utmost attention to detail at all times. · Full time. 40 hours a week are expected.
· 5 years water and mold remediation experience required
· IICRC Certifications: at least one is required
- CSL but not required
· Able to lead and execute jobs independently and also lead project teams
· Available for some night and weekend jobs.
· Operate power tools and other equipment safely
· Move and carry heavy equipment such as dehumidiers and fans (ability to regularly lift 50-80 lb. equipment)
· Ability to work above your head with tools
· Not claustrophobic; jobs are sometimes in tight spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics
· Ability to wear a respirator while performing remediation work.
· Clean equipment and vehicles as required
· Other tasks as assigned by Manager
· Safe driving record is essential and will be screened
· Background check required
Target Compensation: Range $20-25 / hourly, based on experience
Time and half pay for work after 5 or on weekends.
