job details job summary: Sr Research Scientist - Research & Clinical Investigator 1 opening - Hybrid schedule and must be located near Ada, MI Relocation: Yes, robust package but it is tailored to the individual Location: Ada, MI (Grand Rapids) Comp: $115k up to $125k w/ 10% bonus, 9% retirement and profit sharing package. Our Team: The Biology & Imaging team, located at our headquarters in the midwest, conducts in silico, in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo research programs to fuel the innovation pipeline for our global Heath & Wellness brands. Specifically, the group where this role resides conducts foundational skin research, identifies and develops skin benefit validation methods, and applies these to commercialize differentiated ingredient and product technologies for our consumer skincare and personal care product categories. Our team partners with internal innovation teams and external leaders from academia and industry to bring new benefit-driven and experiential products to our customers. Responsibilities: As a Research and Clinical Investigator, you will directly contribute to innovations that improve skincare product performance and consumer experience. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will explore and be a part of the latest dermatological advances, translating research, laboratory, and clinical studies into products that improve skin health and wellness. You will identify methods for evaluating and validating consumer relevant product benefits.
