Job Summary:
The Senior Revit Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with architects and clients to create 3D designs and Revit models that align with project requirements. This role involves uploading and managing Revit families, working directly with customers to render accurate designs, and ensuring all Revit models are properly used in internal processes to build projects. You will act as a technical liaison between clients and the internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient design implementation.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and customers to understand project specifications and render 3D Revit models based on those requirements.
- Upload and manage Revit families to ensure accurate and detailed design models.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the design process, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with the internal project management and production teams to translate Revit models into actionable plans for building projects.
- Ensure all Revit models align with company standards and customer expectations.
- Provide technical expertise in Revit during client meetings and assist in presenting 3D designs.
- Refine and modify designs based on client feedback and evolving project needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit with a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in Revit family management and 3D rendering.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to create accurate and precise Revit models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including architects, project managers, and production staff.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or construction process is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Autodesk Revit, including Revit family uploads and customer-facing collaboration.
- Experience working with architects and clients to render 3D designs is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
