Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer. This role is customer facing and requires a strong technical skill set. Working closely with customers, this person will leverage the expertise within the company to develop a solution provide a pathway for the customer to decarbonise.
The sales engineer becomes involved with a project at the time of inception and is involved in the functional analysis of developing the initial requirements and will remain involved throughout the life of the project.
Responsibilities
- Analyse customer requirements and develop a system solution
- Lead the development of complex, multi-unit hydrogen solutions, drawing information from product management, engineering, and the customer as necessary to ensure a complete design.
- Develop Financial Analysis to justify implementation of the solution.
- Assist the sales team in presenting the solution to the customer.
- Provide feedback on product features and priorities to product management and engineering teams.
- Attend customer meetings and conduct site walks as necessary to define the project physical architecture across all geographies served by the Company.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering with experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and distributed power applications is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated solution sales experience with technical expertise in the life cycle development of energy systems
- Knowledge and experience in distributed power , hydrogen production and energy storage solutions is desired.
