Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service by listening to client needs, explaining service details, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback to continuously enhance service quality and tailor our approach to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with colleagues and management on service calls, parts ordering, and scheduling to improve overall efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems at customer locations, ensuring efficient and reliable service.
- Accurately document repairs, equipment usage, and customer interactions using company systems.
- Maintain and organize the service truck, ensuring all tools and parts are well-stocked and in good working order.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory standards while performing work both indoors and outdoors.
- Work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet customer demands.
- Maintain a clean, presentable uniform and adhere to a smoke-free workplace environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands on experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate service and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple service calls, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in varied environments including confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the willingness to learn and expand technical skills.
- Reliable, drug-free, and committed to upholding company standards.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Nice to Have (not required)
- Prior experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with operating service trucks and handling field service tools.
- Certification or formal training in HVAC systems.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
