Job Title: Senior Site Manager\n\nLocation: Liverpool\n\nHours of Work: 42.5\n\nType: Full Time (Site Based)\n\nStart Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)\n\nWe are hiring for a Senior Site Manager that has experience working on regional build projects and can work on healthcare projects in the Liverpool area.\n\nDuties of a Senior Site Manager\n\nIn this role you will be responsible for:\n\nManaging pre-construction activities\nControlling prelims, and project budgets\nImplementing and maintaining the company's policies for sustainability, health and safety, quality, environmental, training and development\nLeading regular site meetings with all associated parties\nReviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc in order to maximise commercial profitability.\nSkills and experience of a Senior Site Manager\n\nAs a Senior Site Manager, you need have experience with;\n\nProjects over £10 million\nWorking on healthcare and regional build projects\nDetailed knowledge of building regulations\nProject planning\nCommercial and finacial awareness\nIt would be beneficial to the role if you also had;\n\nCITB level 3 safety course\nCSCS Card (Appropriate level)\nProfessional Qualification\nWhat the client offers\n\nThis clients offers:\n\nCar allowance\nPrivate medical insurance for yourself\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nTravel Insurance\nDental Insurance\nLife Assurance\nAbout the Client \n\nOur client is a main contractor that works all over the UK.
