Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers, are looking for a Senior Site/Block Manager to join their Build Team on a development in the South West London region. \n\nThey want someone to oversee a block of c200 units, taking the phase from groundwork's through to handover.\n\nThe selected candidate must have a proven background at Senior Site/Block Manager level, having worked directly for a main contractor or developer. \n\nDay to day duties - \n\nAttending and chairing progress meetings with sub-contractors\nEnsuring the project runs to speed and programme\nMaking sure H&S is always adhered to\nSending regular updates to senior management\nManaging junior site management under direct supervisionOn offer - \n\nBasic salary to £85k\nCar allowance\nBonus\nHealth car scheme\nPension scheme
