Senior Site Manager – Gloucestershire – Regional Contractor – Up to £65,000



Walker & Sloan are currently working with a reputable regional contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality care homes and apartment developments across Gloucestershire. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager to lead projects from inception to completion.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.



*



Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.



*



Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.



*



Identify and mitigate potential risks.



Requirements:



*



Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within a regional contractor setting.



*



Strong background in care home and apartment developments.



*



SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.



*



Excellent leadership and communication skills.



Salary & Benefits:

Up to £65,000 per annum.
