Job Description

The regional manager is seeking an aspiring Senior Site Manager to work on schemes within Midlands comprising of PRS and PBSA schemes.\n\nAs a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the geographical area.\n\nSome duties include:\n\n* Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.\n* Demonstrate good financial knowledge\n* Ensure site records are maintained\n* Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities\n* Working on projects valued from £50m+\n\nWhat my client look for:\n\nThis role would someone with the following:\n\n* Previous experience in the Construction industry\n* Hold the relevant certifications SMSTS, Construction Management degree, CSCS, Temporary works etc
