Senior Site Manager Project Manager

Our client is a highly reputable Contractor with a track record of delivering medium to large fast track refurb and fit out projects throughout Central Scotland. To support a recent project awards in Edinburgh City Centre, they now require an experienced Senior Construction Site / Project Manager to join their existing team and manage the delivery of a refurb and new build project with a value of circa £4M - £6M.



The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience and abilities:-



* Minimum of 10 years with a recognised Main Contractor



* Experience of pre contract bidding and post contract delivery would be useful.



* Post contract delivery of projects & developments exceeding £5M - £10M value.



* Will have operated as a Site / Project Manager on a range of commercial office, retail or Public Sector schemes



* Management of site production, technical staff and sub-contractors



* Ability to relate well to design teams and client’s



* Commercial awareness to minimise risk to margin



* Control and reporting on Health & Safety & Quality criteria



* Experience of Traditional projects would be advantageous



As a proven Senior Site / Project Manager, you must also possess the correct personality, style and presence which allows you to relate effectively with internal colleagues and external customers alike.
