
Senior SMT Process Engineer

Assist the supervisor to implement the process improvement plan for mass-produced products, use statistical technology to monitor the process, and ensure process stability;2. Develop and issue relevant documents to meet product quality requirements and follow up on engineering changes;3. Follow up internal/external audits, and formulate and implement preventive and corrective measures for related issues;4. Participate in the development of new processes, design tooling and fixtures, and support the introduction of new products;5. Monitor changes in process excellence, conduct failure analysis on abnormal processes, and formulate corresponding improvement measures.Job requirements:1. College degree or above, major in mechanics, electronics, electrical automation and other related majors;2. More than 5 years of experience in the maintenance of the same type of equipment, processes and procedures; more than two years of experience in SMT, Flip chip bonding or semiconductor packaging (senior engineers must have more than 5 years of relevant experience), experience in NXTII, Datacon 8800, Finetech and other equipment is preferred;3. Familiar with semiconductor and optical device packaging technology, proficient in the basic principles of related equipment;4. Familiar with SPC, MS office, good quality awareness, good English reading and writing, and able to accept short-term business trips abroad;5. Strong communication and expression skills, good organizational and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution ability.
