Senior Software Development Engineer

What You'll Do:This position is for Mabaya, a SaaS start-up part of Criteo that develops technologies enabling online retailers to monetize their traffic.We are seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend systems that power our advertising technology platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and data scientists, to create innovative solutions that drive the success of our business.Who You Are:Java with Spring Boot (3+ years).Relational databases such as MySQL.Experience with distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experience with AWS.Passion for coding, Keen eye for detail, ability to drive changesExcellent communication and teamwork skills.Nice to have: Experience with NoSQL databases.Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of message queues and stream processing frameworks.Deep understanding of the Java language, its APIs, its performance considerations and internals.Eagerness for solid development practices: TDD, CI, CD, etcPythonHands-on experience with node.js
