Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a senior software software engineer to join our Application Development team. In this role, you will lead other engineers and cross-functional teams that design, develop and ship mission-critical products and features powering Motta LLC continued hypergrowth and leadership in the alternative investments industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, dynamic project teams responsible for developing new functionality primarily on a Vue / Typescript / Kafka / PHP / Laravel / Postgresql stack
• Design, develop, and maintain software components for AI lineage collection, processing, and analysis
• Analyze AI workflows to identify gaps in lineage data and propose solutions
• Work collaboratively with AI experts and integrate AI into existing systems, leveraging expertise and guidance as needed
• Review and provide constructive feedback on technical designs and code produced by your teammates.

Requirements

• You have proven experience leading others in a technical leadership or senior engineering role to efficiently deliver business value

• Capability to lead a project from scoping requirements to project launch Potential to make quick decisions and work independently.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity and experience with databases, including SQL and NoSQL.

• You quickly learn new technologies and execute independently

• You love giving and receiving feedback, and learning and growing as a team

• Experience with Agile programming methodology
