About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of virtual maintenance trainers. This role offers the chance to shape high-impact projects, mentor technical teams, and deliver solutions that push the boundaries of technology.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Lead Technical Efforts: Plan, design, and oversee the development and testing of innovative software solutions.
• Develop High-Quality Code: Implement robust, scalable software aligned with customer requirements and design constraints.
• Innovate and Inspire: Use technical creativity to enhance processes, improve code quality, and deliver customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

Education & Experience:

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 7 years of professional software development experience with C# or C++.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with the Unity game engine.
• At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams in a collaborative environment.

Experience:

• Background in simulation, gaming, or VR development.
• Experience with technical planning, tracking, and oversight.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• Ability to remain stationary at a computer terminal for extended periods.
• Frequent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet project and client requirements.
