Job Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer at ITRADE, you will help lead the development of enterprise-grade solutions across our technology infrastructure, architecting custom applications and cloud- solutions. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior team members while driving technical excellence and innovation across our critical industry projects.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead the architecture and development of scalable enterprise applications using modern frameworks and cloud services
• Design and implement sophisticated cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex projects
• Establish best practices for security, compliance, and code quality
• Help drive innovation in our AI-enhanced training platforms and digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and cloud architecture
• Strong background in system design and architectural patterns
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
• Excellence in mentoring and technical leadership
• Expert-level proficiency in multiple programming (.NET, Python, JavaScript)
• Strong expertise with event-driven architectures and data streams architecture
• Advanced knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases

Skills:

• Experience with quantum computing and encryption technologies
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation
• Expertise in security architecture and compliance frameworks
• Background in AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics
