We stage and orchestrate deployments and repairs on a global scale, across millions of virtual machines with safety, efficiency, and high availability for customers. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical disciplineTechnical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.Proven experience in building, managing and leading a team of Software Engineers.Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional / Preferred Qualifications: Experience with designing and building highly available distribute systems at scale.Experience with agile methodologies#AzurecorejobsResponsibilitiesLead and coach a growing team of software engineers; create clarity, communicate teams' vision, strategy and progress to peers, partners and senior leaders; provide expert guidance, hands-on assistance, best practices and trainings, establishes team culture with emphasis on customer focus and engineering agility, removing barriers and enabling the team to be productiveEffectively lead architectural reviews, planning and execution processes, creating robust engineering plans.
