What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Coordinate team-scale software testing efforts to ensure high-quality software

Review and improve test plans for all facets of software

Transform gaps in software testing into sprint tickets and coordinate completion

Lead by example in delivery of test automation, mentoring junior test engineers

Drive functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

What is Required (Qualifications):

BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

8+ years of experience in software testing and quality

Expertise in backend testing and writing test automation using Pytest

Experience creating software quality processes and metrics in an Agile environment

Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out ( Qualifications):

Experience in testing cloud distributed applications using container management tools

Experience working with Verification & Validation (V&V) for applications in high governance industries

Domain-specific experience in computational biology, genomics or a related field
