Senior Solar Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Solar Technician & a Site Manager to join one of our reputable solar clients, who develop, own, and maintain their own sites. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar panel systems,
• Diagnose and repair, troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions in the system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
• Keep accurate records of work performed

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with O&M works on Utility-scale solar farms or huge C&I projects (1MW+)
• Experience with AC, DC, and PV Systems
• Experienced with locating and troubleshooting groundfaults
• OSHA certifications
• Valid drivers license
