HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Senior Sourcing Manager in the Marketing Procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic sourcing practices and managing high-stakes relationships with suppliers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the competitive sourcing process for Marketing services across strategic supplier categories (e.g., digital, social media, PR, field marketing).
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing complex contractual agreements (MSAs, SOWs, letter agreements, purchase orders).
- Analyzing market conditions to design and implement sustainable sourcing strategies for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with the companys goals.
- Overseeing supplier performance through scorecard development and quarterly business reviews, coordinating with senior leadership and suppliers to drive innovation and resolve challenges.
- Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and business owners, ensuring alignment on strategic sourcing goals.
- Leading negotiations and structuring agreements that deliver on key program specifications and enhance operational efficiency.
- Presenting business cases and sourcing agreements to executive leadership for review and approval.
ARE YOU A MARKETING-SOURCING ROCK STAR?
Ideal candidates for this role possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: 710 years of sourcing experience in marketing procurement, including complex contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and managing projects for mid-to-large companies.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in project management, Microsoft Office, RFP/RFI development, contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
- Knowledge & Abilities: In-depth knowledge of marketing procurement best practices and trends, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape and marketplace.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Sourcing Professional (CSP) are .
- Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Engineering (Required).
