Moreover, as a technical lead you are able to plan and track work packages, delegate tasks and manage relationships to key stakeholders. You should have these additional qualifications: A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field At least 11 years of experience in Physical Design of highly complex SoCs A deep technical understanding in all aspects of RTL2GDS Willing to take up leadership role Sound programming skills and knowledge in scripting languages e.g Tcl, Perl or Python Very good Communication skills What we offer you in India?
