Senior Staff Specialist Industrial Engineer

Develop, Deploy and Govern the Standard Production Management System includes Scheduling, Dispatching, Production performance measurement, Production reports and Shop-floor control methods within Backend globally. Systemize and deploy the optimized WIP flow Management methodologies, drive 4 partners (Machines, Man, Material and Methods)synchronization, optimization of Cycle time and Utilization to contribute to the BE year-on-year productivity goal.In your new role you will:Develop, systemize and deploy optimized WIP flow Management approaches to drive 4M (Machines, Man, Material and Methods)synchronization and contribute to the BE's Year-on-Year productivity goal.Lead & standardize BE wide production reporting & monitoring control system, be the key interface to Production Line Control & Factory Integration/IT team as Project Manager.Lead & responsible as BE wide intelligent shopfloor & control tower implementation under Industry program, and be the key interface to shopfloor business owners & Factory Integration/IT team.Orchestrate yearly target setting with all segments/sites globally for key production speed performance indicators like Cycle time (Flow Factor), Engineering Cycle time and Dispatch System Compliance.Govern and sustain the backend-wide WIP Flow work methods. Think ahead of today’s use cases and ensure effective business process change for future manufacturing landscape and requirement.Key interface to IT and business users in relation to Production management systems requirements, design and deployment.Drive harvesting of productivity potential from 4M synchronization in OEE improvement and reducing line control effort.Responsible to perform Data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load), data analysis & data visualization (Tableau) for Production Management System.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Possess deep knowledge with >8years experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Research, WIP flow management and Production Management system.Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply ChainLean Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or Lean Expert/ Lean Master, CPIM certified will be advantaged.At least 3 years experiences in Cycle Time and Inventory Management.SAP, Real Time Dispatching, MES application skillset will be advantaged.
