Structural Engineer Opportunity – Lead, Design, Innovate!

Are you an experienced Structural Engineer ready to lead impactful projects and push the boundaries of design? We’re seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join our team and bring their expertise to life on innovative and challenging projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead structural design and analysis for groundbreaking projects.
• Work with materials like structural steel, concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, deep foundations, and precast concrete.
• Use advanced design tools, including Revit, Ram Structures/Elements, TEDDS, Hilti Profis, and L-Pile.
• Take ownership of project leadership responsibilities, ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish.
• Manage priorities, work independently, and meet critical deadlines while driving project success.

What You Bring:

• Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural focus); PE license required or ability to obtain.
• Experience: 10+ years in structural design and analysis, with proven project leadership experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Revit and structural analysis software.
• Mindset: Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for excellence.
