Great opportunity for a senior engineer who has at least 6 years' UK experience in design development, structural analysis, documentation and detailing on a variety of projects to join our client, a global interdisciplinary consultancy aspiring to create sustainable and impactful work through creative engineering.

Brief responsibilities:



Structural engineering design and preparation of design and construction documents, liaising with internal and external teams

Review structural engineering documents to ensure code compliance

Develop structural engineering design concepts incorporating planning, architectural, engineering and other systems

Proactively manage workload to meet project deadlines and manage team's time effectively

Assist more junior team members in preparation of drawings, and engineering design and analysis



Requirements:



Masters in structural engineering

At least 6 years' relevant UK experience

Exhibits initiative, problem solving, quality decision making and high attention to detail

Team leader who actively collaborates, critically and constructively evaluating ideas

Good knowledge of site planning, civil & structural engineering and building codes
