We’re currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Birmingham. What You Need To Succeed
* Proven experience delivering building structures projects from concept to completion.
* Excellent knowledge of Eurocodes and British Standards.
* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla, Robot, Etabs, or similar).
* Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
* Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams.
* A proactive mindset and passion for innovative, sustainable design.
* Chartered or near-chartered with the IStructE or ICE.
* MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
