Preferably masters and working towards chartershipExperience: 6-10 yearsExperience on Indian and International Building Projects ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate ability to take responsibility for projects.Ability to manage the design and construction stages of a project.Ability to supervise a small team of engineers and BIM technicians.Role will normally be as Project Engineer on projects of various sizes. On major/more complex projects could take the role of a Design Engineer.Coordinating your work with other members of the project team.Mentoring and assisting Graduates and less experienced EngineersBe responsible for delivering work to a fee agreed with a Project Manager.Core responsibilities for the task include: -Task delivery to agreed deadline and fee.Task profitability.Task quality.Co-ordination with Client/ architect/ service engineer etcProduce design philosophyResponsible for development and production of drawings/ calculations/ specification/ reports etc. Profile Key SkillsA sound understanding of ACI, ASCE, AISC, Indian Codes, IBC, UBC Etc Codes and other codesGood presentation skillsMust be fully conversant with technical structural software, such as Etabs, SAFE, SAP, STAAD and other Engineering ToolsA sound understanding of Microsoft officeMust be fluent in EnglishDevelop positive professional relationship with the Team, communicating openly about project progressRaise the level of technical competence within the teamsPromote technical excellence in all our projectsAble to demonstrate good management, communication and technical skills and be capable of working both within the team and independently.Position location Job locationAsia, India City Bengaluru, Karnataka, IndiaCandidate criteria Minimum level of education required6-Engineers degree Minimum level of experience required6-10 years
