Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Lead the Surveying Team at CSA, including executing field and office work, preparing surveying plans, ROW plans, stakeouts, easements, among others.
• Prepare proposals, manage clients (internal and external) and continuously monitoring team performance and finance KPI.
• Evaluation of equipment and coordination for maintenance and equipment acquisition.
• Develop business plan for Surveying Unit.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Surveying and Topography
• 10 or more years of experience in surveying
• Professional Land Surveyor License
• Available to relocate to Puerto Rico
• Surveyor with experience in transportation/highway construction projects in Puerto Rico.
• Familiarized with the PRHTA requirements for surveying and for preparing land acquisition plans (per Design Directives).
