ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This role’s key responsibilities are:
- Apply broad technical knowledge and skills in multiple technical/scientific disciplines to the analysis, specification, planning, development, design, integration, testing, and production of complex electronic products designed to operate in the space environment
- Support project execution by collaborating in a multidisciplined team environment to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
- Apply systems engineering methodology and best practices
- Prepare systems engineering cost estimates, project schedules, and CDRL/SDRL items
- Perform system requirements compliance assessments, assignment and decomposition, verification approach development, etc.
- Support system architecture and design activities, including system level trade studies, requirements management, technical performance measure tracking, managing system interfaces, etc.
- Investigate and resolve system level issues
- Support system compliance verification, including: system analyses; procedure development for inspection, demonstration and test; system integration and test
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Years of Experience, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of space industry product development life cycle
- Experience in use of executing Systems Engineering methodology
- Fluent in multiple relevant technical/scientific domains and can work through complex issues across engineering disciplines
- Strong communication skills and team player
Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery for a majority of the shift.

- This individual will primarily work in an open-plan office with moderate to high activity and noise levels. Hybrid/remote work as available.
