Position: Senior Systems Engineer



Location: London (Hybrid)

The Role:



We are currently recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in supporting the delivery of high-quality Requirements, Integration, Interface Management and Verification & Validation services to our clients.



Key Responsibilities:



Deploy high standards of technical practice in Systems Engineering, having a working knowledge of relevant standards and codes of practice including BS/EN 50126/8/9, ISO/IEC 15288, ISO/IEC/IEEE 42010, CSM-RA and Railway Interoperability Regulation.



Develop and implement processes to capture, manage and validate requirements, inclusive of establishing measures to assess the quality of Requirements.



Establish processes to ensure traceability from client needs to detailed engineering requirements through application of an appropriate requirements structure.



Working with project teams to ensure there is robust evidence of validation and verification of Requirements.



Promoting the use of Requirements, V&V and system level assurance principles throughout project teams and presenting to clients and stakeholders the value of robust Requirements and V&V processes.



Management of project delivery to time, budget, quality and scope.



Establishing and maintaining good relationships all external parties to enhance the reputation of the company and fostering collaborative working practices with project teams and stakeholders.



Essential Qualifications:



* A degree in a technical engineering-related discipline or relevant experience.



* Proven experience of typical systems integration/engineering tools, such as the DOORS™ Requirements Management system.



* Have an awareness of systems engineering and integration specialisms (System Safety, Security, HF, RAM) and can demonstrate understanding in one or more areas.



* Professional engineering registration (CEng, IEng), desirable.



* Hold domain recognised systems integration/engineering qualifications such as ASEP, CSEP, CPRE or specialist qualifications e.g. in safety critical systems engineering, desirable
