How You Will Make an Impact
- Design and automate integrationsbetween core platforms (CRM, telephony, insurance carrier APIs) to streamline data flow.
- Build and optimize data pipelinesinto a centralized Data Lake, enabling real-time analytics and recommendations.
- Develop scalable back-end services(Python/Java) to support quoting, claims, and customer workflows.
- Modernize cloud infrastructure(GCP/AWS) using IaC (Terraform) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Collaborate on AI-driven initiatives, such as recommendation engines and process automation.
- Lead technical strategyfor SaaS integrations (e.g., Canopy) and third-party tooling.
Are You a Systems Integration Rock Star?
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in back-end engineering, systems integration, or cloud architecture.
- Expertise inPython(primary) and/orJava; proficiency withAPI design(REST/gRPC) andevent-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience withGCP/AWS,IaC (Terraform), anddata pipelines(e.g., Kafka, Data Lake architectures).
- Strong knowledge ofCI/CD,containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), anddatabase systems(PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability todebug distributed systemsandoptimize performancein regulated industries (e.g., insurance, fintech).
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience withinsurance tech APIs(e.g., carrier integrations, comparative raters).
- Familiarity withCanopyor similar SaaS platforms.
- Background inAI/ML-driven automationor analytics.
