The positionBy joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

Being responsible for analyzing and interpreting tax laws and regulations and applying them to a specific task/project in our organization; collaborate with other departments to ensure proper compliance with local tax law, as well as research and analyze tax matters related to the company’s business activities.                  

The primary duties of a Senior Tax Analyst includes:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns (VAT, CIT, real estate tax) and related schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Participation in system updates related to tax compliance requirements (SAP , JPK_CIT, KSEF).
• Verification and collecting (if needed) of the documents for withholding tax purposes.
• Supporting tax audits and refund procedures (in particular VAT).
• Tax review of the agreements and contracts.
• Review and verification of the source documentation (in particular, under WHT or VAT).
• Preparation of the applications or on-going correspondence with the tax authorities.
• Monitoring and update of the internal tax procedures.
• Support of the intra-group transactions from the tax perspective (TP, WHT).
• Monitoring of the MDR reporting for selected entities.

• Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting area.
• Tax experience in an international environment (3-5 years), either in-house or in consulting.
• Experience in preparation of tax returns (VAT, CIT, WHT).
• General understanding of international transfer pricing rules.
• Strong time manangement skills and focus on timely deliveries with the right quality.
• Experience of working with SAP would be an advantage.
• Capability to build networks and work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Good communication skills in both Polish and English.
