Compensation Range: $70-$85/hr Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support the expansion of its Renewable Energy and Sustainability portfolio. This role will focus on Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze, document, and refine business processes and functional requirements.
• Support the implementation of an ETRM platform and related digital tools.
• Manage and maintain Jira and Confluence for backlog grooming and documentation.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Drive collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on business goals.
• Conduct QA testing and support user acceptance testing.

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Energy industry experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with ETRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in renewable energy projects.
• Background in system design, process improvement, or software development.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business Administration.
