Your Role:

As the lead technical expert in propulsion and powertrain manufacturing, you will:
* Represent manufacturing engineers in daily meetings with other senior technical members.
* Drive the acquisition of new technologies and establish cutting-edge manufacturing processes.
* Contribute to design reviews and production readiness for new propulsion and powertrain systems.
* Mentor teammates on manufacturing processes specific to propulsion and powertrain.
* Ensure manufacturing feasibility during design development for propulsion systems.

Your Profile:

We seek a highly experienced propulsion and powertrain manufacturing specialist with:
* A relevant Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering related to propulsion/powertrain.
* Proven leadership in high-impact propulsion and powertrain programs from design through production.
* Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
* A hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn and innovate.
