Senior Town Planning Manager

Potensis is pleased to partner with a leading residential developer who, due to a sustained increase in land buying, are looking to attract a Senior Town Planning Manager.


The role will involve working with the Land and Development team, managing and running planning applications for new developments, whilst providing planning advice and guidance to the business to aid new land purchases.



Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of current and future planning applications.

• Appoint and manage a range of external consultants including external planning consultancies.

• Provide up to date, relevant advice to the land team to help aid land buying decisions.

• Inform the business of any planning related risks and opportunities on new and existing projects.


Ideally, you will have gained experience of managing large, complex residential led planning applications for a developer, planning consultancy or public sector body. MRTPI qualification and a planning related degree is preferable experience of the role.
