This position offers flexibility and can be structured as either a full-time employment opportunity or a contractor role, depending on the candidate's preference and qualifications. This position includes commission opportunities. 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Septic Maintenance Provider to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing septic systems, grease traps, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a dedication to delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of septic systems, grease traps, and related components.
• Manage and service maintenance contracts, ensuring all contracted clients receive timely inspections and servicing.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning septic components, including aerators, pumps, alarms, and control panels.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and provide detailed reports to clients.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Educate clients on proper septic system care and maintenance practices.
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience . 
• Previous experience in septic system maintenance or related fields. 
• Ability to operate pumping trucks, excavation equipment, and basic hand tools.
• Strong knowledge of septic system components, including tanks, pumps, baffles, and disposal fields.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of OSSF maintenance contracts, their terms, and customer obligations.
• Must have an active Texas OSSF Maintenance Provider license (Installer II or Wastewater Operator License is a plus).
