Scheduler planning Assistant - Bromley 25k - 28k FULL TIME PERMANENT



* Scheduling engineers for repairs and break fix for customers

* Log job tickets for engineers

* Order spare parts for break fix jobs

* Claim for call out and parts from manufacturers

* Manage parts stocks

* Log calls from customers on the system

* Place relevant PO's with suppliers

* Communicate with engineers about upcoming visits.

* Communicate with sales team and book installations.



To be successful for this role you will



Live locally to Bromley area experience in a fast paced office role

dealing with volume calls

able to prioritise and deal with engineers and clients over the phone
