Company Overview – Installation & Service Engineer (Water Systems)



Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team in the position of Installation & Service Engineer. You will be responsible for providing electrical and mechanical repairs, serving, and maintenance on water systems equipment on customer sites across the South East.

Installation & Service Engineer (Water Systems) – Roles & Responsibilities



* Perform planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance on a range of water systems/reverse osmosis plants.



* Complete installations, diagnostics & fault finding, providing clients with advice.



* Replacement of filters & pipework when required.



* Water testing



* Liaise with various engineering departments as needed



* Work independently to resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.



* Develop strong customer relationships based on professionalism and technical expertise.



* Provide accurate service reports and documentation.



Installation & Service Engineer – Skills & Experience



* HND/HNC Mechanical Engineering



* Proven background in commercial water systems/relevant similar experience



* Full, Clean Driving License



* Able to perform both Mechanical & Basic Electrical maintenance/repairs



* Proven diagnostic skills & experience on complex engineering systems



* Experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role



* Willing to travel



* Plumbing background – Desirable
