SERVICE MAINTENANCE SALESPERSON

Join the rapidly growing Service Group of Holmberg Mechanical. Holmberg is a privately held business with a long-standing reputation for quality, diversity, and culture.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify, pre-qualify and call on non-contract customers to introduce our company including the services of HVAC and Plumbing we offer

· Write proposals and contracts for maintenance to the above-described customers

· Establish customer rapport to develop key client relationships

· Utilize negotiating skills to sell the correct solutions and services to prospective clients

· Discussing HVAC equipment, Plumbing systems, and maintenance requirements with clients

· Prospect, cold-call and network to develop leads and sales opportunities

· Follow-up and report on open sales and leads generated by others

· Accompany field maintenance technicians during preventative maintenance visits

· Other duties as assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

· Three-year minimum experience in marketing and sales of technical products or systems

· Previous HVAC and/or Plumbing Service sales experience is a plus

· Thrive in a team environment

· Strong organizational and time management skills in a high paced environment

· Self-discipline to maintain a steady, strong work ethic in a flexible work environment

· Competent with Microsoft Office Suite

· Outstanding communication skills including good phone and email etiquette with internal company clients as well as external customers

· Strong aptitude for learning and developing new systems and programs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Climb both fixed and extension ladders

· Possess a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance

· The employee may regularly lift or move up to 30 pounds

· Have the ability to regularly walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
