Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager for our Electrical Service and Small Projects division. This role involves overseeing operations, services, and maintenance for a diverse clientele including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative and customer service aspects for various electrical service clients.
Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Manage and optimize the performance and expenses of service crews and assigned work orders.
Proactively handle service crew management, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Evaluate crew productivity, suggesting improvements for better service and profitability.
Uphold high-quality service standards, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules for service accounts.
Coordinate and schedule customer service orders effectively.
Qualifications:
Broad knowledge in electrical service industry operations.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or similar; significant experience may substitute degree requirements.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
Familiarity with electrical field concepts, practices, and codes including NFPA and Uniform Building Codes.
Proficiency in general office software and basic accounting principles.
Exceptional communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, flexibility required to meet business needs.
