Service Specialist (Part Time)

We are looking for a Part Time Service Specialist to join our team at Artemis Lifestyles and provide exceptional customer service to our . The Service Specialist will be responsible for assisting with requests, maintaining the clubhouse, fitness center, and small clubhouse for gatherings. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.

• Manage and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the maintenance of the clubhouse, fitness center, and small clubhouse for gatherings
• Ensure all common areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked with necessary supplies
• Coordinate and plan events and activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with to promote a positive community atmosphere
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests
• Follow established policies and procedures for communication and conflict resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in property management or customer service
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be available Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 5:00 PM-10:00 PM & Sunday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Physical Demands:

The Service Specialist may be required to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. They must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

The Service Specialist will primarily work in an indoor environment but may occasionally be required to work outdoors.
