Service Technician

Our client is a leading custom design and manufacturer in their field, selling their products to a wide range of clients across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit 3- 5 experienced Service Technicians to join their team. This role is responsible for the service, repair and support of a range of Industrial equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
Servicing, Maintaining and repairing Industrial equipment
Installing and commissioning of new equipment
Speaking directly to clients and handling complaints
Fault finding, diagnosing and technical problem-solving of electromechanical equipment
Field-based, travelling the UK and Ireland
Skills & Experience:
Must have experience in Electrical and Mechanical engineering
Must have previous experience as a Field based position
Previous experience in Industrial or commercial workplace
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently to resolve customer issues
A methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
A flexible approach to hours worked, including some weekends
Willingness to travel UK
Clean full UK Driving License
Additional Information:
Please note the Head office is based in Banbury but the role will cover the entire UK
Working hours Monday to Friday and one weekend a month, this is a 40-hour working week
25 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
