Position Overview:

We are looking for a full-time service technician that is responsible, self-motivated, hardworking, and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service. We are hiring both experienced and new technicians to work in the Columbia/Wentzville area. Training is provided.

Ideal Candidates for this position should:

• Be able to generally install, service and/or repair all types of commercial, residential, and industrial doors, loading dock equipment, gates, and commercial equipment
• Respond to work assignments and tasks as directed by the management and a dedicated dispatch team
• Take full responsibility for maintaining a positive image with yourself, vehicles, and equipment
• Foster lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain an organized truck with inventory and sales materials.
• Be customer service-focused
• Be safety conscious and quality-focused
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with customers and team members

Skills and Qualifications:

• Any experience in construction, general labor, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, or skilled trade.
• Strong technical capacity to diagnose and quickly solve complex problems
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling and utilizing tools effectively
• Proficient communication skills
• Be able to safely lift 75 lbs.
• Valid drivers license with good driving record, CDL is a plus

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation & Benefits:

This position is hourly at $20-25 per hr. We also offer exceptional benefits including company paid health insurance (effective the first month following the 90-day probation period), 401K with employer contributions. Paid days off and holidays and a quarterly bonus program. Drug testing required upon acceptance of employment.
