Quality Business Solutions, an established, stable, and rapidly growing document management dealership is looking to hire a qualified Copier/Printer Field Service Technician. We have been in the business for over 22 years, and have a reputation for being the best, our service is second to none. Our technicians are expected to service and repair equipment at customers locations within an assigned geographic territory, set up IP addresses, download printer drivers and provide customer training on printing functions, and work closely with our other technicians and dispatch team to accomplish a common goal of making our customers as happy as possible. traits/requirements Requires journeyman level technical knowledge typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience. Good customer service and time management skills Computer skill (quickly type/respond to email, basic excel knowledge, ability to troubleshoot applications to determine if it is a PC or copier issue) Five years or more of experience with copier break/fix repair, copier troubleshooting, copier refurbishment (Konica Minolta, Kyocera experience , but any manufacturer experience we will consider)
