We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join our service team in Manchester, NH.

Service Technician – Manchester, NH

As a Service Technician, you will work as a team efficiently, utilizing department resources, to exceed service billable hours quota and ensure timely machine turnaround and customer satisfaction.

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (flexible), working in the office at our Manchester, NH location.

Main responsibilities:

• Diagnoses and repairs all types of electro-mechanical and pneumatic equipment.
• Reviews and prepares parts and equipment for return to stock condition.
• Provides technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives.
• Data entry to process service orders, machine maintenance, service notes/reports, and shipping information.
• Ensuring all software systems are up to date with required information.
• Ensuring customer documents and tax requirement information are accurate
• Quoting Preventative Maintenance agreements and Field Service.
• Assists in machine maintenance training for our customers, sales representatives, and new employee .
• Handles and monitors support cases in Salesforce

What you bring to the table:

• 2-year technical degree and 2 years of related experience required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong Technical aptitude required (mechanical and electrical).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Travel required - approximately 20-35%, ability to travel internationally if needed.
• Must be team-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Computer literacy is required. MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Valid Driver’s License and Passport required
