Service Technician – Entertainment Lighting



Location: London SW19 + travel



Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 dependant on experience

The Role:



This position involves fault-finding, maintenance, and repair of professional lighting systems both on-site at client venues and in the workshop. You’ll play a key role in ensuring top-tier technical support while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:



* Diagnose and repair lighting equipment on-site and in the workshop



* Provide expert technical support via phone and online



* Lead and supervise large-scale lighting equipment servicing



* Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations



* Travel to client sites across the UK, including Central London



What We’re Looking For



* Strong technical knowledge of lighting systems & control equipment - moving lights, LED fixtures, lighting consoles, followspots, installed and touring dimmers



* Experience with DMX or sACN



* Excellent troubleshooting skills & ability to work under pressure



* Customer-focused with strong communication skills



* Comfortable working at height & flexible for travel



Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
