Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose machine breakdowns using computer diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for wear, damage, or performance issues.
• Perform factory-recommended preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure guards and safety devices are functioning correctly and adhere to safety protocols.
• Execute welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Create accurate parts requisitions and document service work orders.
• Participate in company-provided online and hands-on product training.
• Maintain punctuality and a strong attendance record.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with construction or heavy diesel equipment, including hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Welding and fabrication experience ().
• Ownership of a complete toolset required for service tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external customers.
• Skills:
• Diagnostic troubleshooting using advanced computer-based equipment.
• Expertise in factory-recommended preventative maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and safety compliance.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
