Service Technician - Product Support Division

Service Technician Omaha, NE
Logan Contractors Supply, Inc., a leader in the construction supply industry, is seeking qualified applicants for our Product Support Technician position, at our Omaha, NE location.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment as needed
- Inspect equipment for damage and report findings to Product Support Manager
- Service and repair rental fleet as needed
- Keep service bay and/or work areas clean, safe, and in order
- Treat customers politely, respectfully, and professionally
- Communicate with Product Support Manager on parts needed and usage from parts room
- Ensure LCS shop equipment is serviced and kept in safe working operation
- Report on any over and above issues with customer equipment that was not previously discussed or recognized by the customer, to the Product Support Manager
- Notify Product Support Manager if deadlines and/or service schedules cannot be met
- Execute all required tasks asked of the Product Support Manager
- Maintain a positive attitude and work environment
- Any/all other duties assigned by Management
Training
- LCS provides specific training for our equipment
Qualifications
- Proven skill set as a Service Technician
- Strong communication skills
- Must supply your own tools
- General mechanical aptitude
- A working knowledge of 1-35hp gas engines
- Electrical experience , but not required
Applicants with experience in diesel, hydraulic and construction equipment repair will be given preference
