Service Technician- Roofing/Carpentry

We are seeking a Service Technician – Roofing, to join our team! You will inspect, maintain and repair residential and commercial property.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair all types of roof systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair problem leaks to find the solution.
• Perform interior repairs/projects.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

​Qualifications:

• Roofing and construction experience
• Previous experience in residential and commercial roofing and service work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Not afraid of heights
• Ability to set up and climb ladders to access the roof.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
